Before you act, EL assigns duties from every knowable aim. Based on the method scope critique — the insight that any action contains multiple scopes, and all must be weighed. Adaptive, not categorical: Wavum consciousness responds to circumstances instead of outlawing methods.
After you act, H judges the result. Seeded by the definition of the good will — justice, freedom, survival, fairness, feeling. It measures harm and credit through atomizing and culpa assignment.
